It is not death that a man should fear; he should fear never beginning to live - Marcus Aurelius

Many people spend the majority of their time trying to prevent death instead of actually living their life.

Take a deep breath of life and consider how it should be lived.

Now, I am not against health and nutrition at all, in fact, my doctorate is in natural health ^__* ; it is one of my passions.

But when your whole life becomes infatuated with what you can't eat or can't do your life can start to be based on fear instead of the enjoyment of living.

Of course, we all need to work to keep ourselves healthy and in shape, but at the same time, we must not let nutrition and exercise rules our life.

Balance is the key.
Stay in shape.
Eat healthy, nutritious foods.
At the same time, you must be able to loosen up and live life to the fullest.
Balance is the key - everything in moderation.

Life is meant to be lived vibrantly.

Nutrition and exercise are a couple of the tools that help us enjoy a longer, fuller life, but they should not become life itself.

"When you stop travelling, you have arrived at your destination. Make sure you only stop where you want to be."

Never, ever, ever think that your life is over, but know always that each day, each hour, each moment is another beginning, another opportunity, another chance to re-create yourself anew.
