Life

Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.

 Life is beauty, admire it.

Life is a dream, realize it.

Life is a challenge, meet it.

Life is a duty, complete it.

Life is a game, play it.

Life is a promise, fulfill it.

 Life is sorrow, overcome it.

Life is a song, sing it.

Life is a struggle, accept it.

Life is a tragedy, confront it.

Life is an adventure, dare it.

 Life is luck, make it.

Life is too precious, do not destroy it.

Life is life, fight for it.

Worry, worried????

Worry is the misuse of imagination! There is nothing to worry about except worry itself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, unwrap it in this present moment... Imagine peace often...

I have stopped worrying about tomorrow for a very long time. When you worry about tomorrow you cannot know that you are having a jolly good time right now. Worry robs the present moment of its awesomeness. But hey, do you know that a prune is a plumb that someone taught to worry?

I can only control One Second at a time in my life; Tomorrow has no power until it gets here..

'sanga haal de' (how are you)

If you cannot accept that you are co-creating all of the conditions, circumstances, and events of your life, at least accept that you are creating your experience of them.
No one else can tell you how to feel about anything. Surely that is undeniable.

Perfection is the obstacle of creation and the enemy of achievement. At some point it may serve you to decide that a particular project or undertaking is complete.
Seeking excellence is one thing; never finding anything totally satisfactory is another

Is it because nothing, including the self, is never 'good enough'? No matter how wonderful it may seem.
One immediate example that comes to mind is the late Michael Jackson; he -was- so incredibly gifted but found demise in his tragic need to seek perfection, at any cost...

I agree that seeking excellence is a good thing, but finding satisfaction in whom and what I am is imperative. I struggle with this as well...especially where it involves artistic creativity.

As artists, they are never satisfied; they always think they could do better. I look sometimes at paintings I've done and people say it's amazing what I do, and I just say "What? I did nothing special" I thinks is kind of both, but mostly the searching for perfection.
But also we are never satisfied with the way we put our ideas and feelings in the world.

Sometimes beating others is about satisfying the ego and not facing our own internal fears and conflicts.

In a strong relationship, both people motivate each other to go further in life.
Every relationship brings various attachments which inevitably limits our freedom with masks of responsibility and commitment.

Unless the bond is between consciously evolving beings, growing in similar directions- supporting each other in synergism, allowing healthy spaces to grow Free.

Isn't it an amazing phenomenon how different Beings can bring out different sides in us?

Containing the essence of all, we go forward to being a complete human being. Being different is very tough itself but I know how to live a King’s Life ^___*

Duality is the cause of Human suffering???

Well, duality can be used as a tool for learning, only after being recognized. Until recognition it is often a cause of suffering since it creates many separations often which are illusions.

Try considering the extreme scenario of a battlefield. One can only intentionally harm another being when we consider them as the enemy right?

If we understood that the enemy is no different to our Self, then can we still intentionally harm them? Probably not....

The whole perspective of us vs. them has caused much pain within humanity...

Yet sometimes it feels we have to accommodate some personalities, I guess this comes down to our reflective natures, and is something I have always been aware of with myself and most notably with friends and even family.

As I have slowly matured I have learnt just to be myself and feeling happy, loving, comfortable wearing my own skin.

This is most important for us all and teaches us within not to create false persona(s) for different types of identities or people.

And duality is most likely the cause of much psychological illnesses and even insanity with not only individual but also on a much broader social scale I believe.

The pathological case would be multiplexor split personalities. What I imply is the phenomena were we are able to open up different sides of ourselves more easily with some individuals than the other.

For eg- with traditionalists it wouldn't be a good idea to openly discuss New Age Oneness, unless one was feeling a little rebellious, yet in some places that would not be a good idea.

There is also safety to be ensured. What I find interesting is more on a lighter note. How we instantly connect with some individuals based on the similarity of our curiosities.
I've noticed this. A good example would be when I find myself conversing with a fellow intellectual, the mental stimulation naturally inclines me to open my mind up more and make good for conversation.

Like mindedness is a beautiful vibration to experience and can only be achieved with very open minds really, if minds are closed the walls come up. But, when Hearts open, walls dissolve...

Remember what Rumi said;-
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

‎”We're a million different people from one day to the next" Richard Ashcroft from The Verve

One of my favourite songs ever! The Song is of the album "Keys to the world"

Habit or repetition??

Can you do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result......That is insanity.

I've done my part my sharing my experience and prospective. Sometimes I'm more passionate about that person’s well-being and that's not good, for them or me.

That reminded me of the conception of insanity being a revolving door.
Doing the same thing results in the same thing.
I know regarding myself it took many years to understand, and many addictions to overcome.
But it is entirely up to the individual to do it, and change it.
A horse can be lead to water, but can't be forced to drink. The forest can only be seen for the trees when one opens their own eyes and sees them for themselves.

Some individuals will learn certain lessons through several repetitions of the same challenge. Sometimes it takes several years. We can share our experiences and perspectives, yet it is not our responsibility to compel others to learn any sooner.

Look at the flower in the garden; it shall not bloom or a caterpillar metamorphic into a butterfly until they are ready.

So, decide. Nobody except your self can stop you. You can either be your own best friend or you worst enemy. It is entirely depend on your mind's volition.

Follow The Temple of Understanding.

Religion is a man made institution that rules by fear & profits off the masses. These doctrines and dogmas have only instilled ego and fear into the people that follow them. Religion divides humans; spirituality allows you to see that we are all one. Follow your own path!

I realised that the only thing that religion sells is fear and the more you fear the more control it has over you. If you feel that god has to judge you then what are you doing wrong.

If you ask and keep searching for Truth, Truth will be sure to answer. Been questioning my previous assumptions and experiencing true revelation. God is.

I've been thinking, and it seems to me, if we eliminated the entire world's religions, we would still have the same problem, but in a different form.
It is human nature to try to control and divide, so the key to the problem and solution seems to be in ourselves, not whether or not we practice a certain faith.
People can be as diverse as the grains of sand or the stars in the sky in their beliefs and respect and love one another, and likewise we can question all religions and eliminate them, but that would not solve the root of the underlying problem.
Changing consciousness and learning love and tolerance seem to be the root of the solution.

Nothing at all can substitute for personal experience of the divine. There are many thousands of people who meditate for years and never experience touching this divinity. Only personal experience allows us to see and truly know about this oneness.
There are pathways to personal experience and these have never changed. Anyone who has claimed illumination has found one of these ways.

If God is within each and every one of us why should there be a middle man selling the path to him? Religions thru ages have kept a gap between humanity and God just to keep the business running!
As long as everyone lives in fear of a God who is judging you every moment of your life, the business is running with profit and preachers keeps their job selling the ticket to the path of salvation.
Drop all the religions and find godliness within! Only there you will find the totality. And for that all you need to do is to be silent.
It has always been there and no middle man is needed!

The problems are not inherent in the doctrines of the messages; this is pretty universal in message, being very similar to the laws of karma.
What I would suggest is that the problem lies in the misinterpretation and misrepresentation of religions by people who would hijack the ideologies for personal agendas.

Clearly, if we all simply acted consistently from a "Love thy neighbour as thyself" principle, the world would be vastly improved.
That statement alone delivers no bias in it; it does not say love your white, rich, straight, Muslim, Christian or other neighbour, it says simply, loves thy neighbour.
Having studied and practiced many doctrines and a synthesis of them over the years, it has been my experience that it is more the human shortcomings, largely insecurity that lies at the very heart of most human suffering.

It is when we believe that who we are and what we have is not enough, when we believe that we have to take rather than ask for what we want or need, that the ethics that preserve love and peace become marginalized.

I was introduced to Judaism, Buddhism and other ideology in a spirit of sharing, not to draw bigotry or hatred in the unique differences between me and people around me, but to encourage a sharing of ideas and an exposure to the beauties of our differences.
I think we have fallen away from that, and differences have been used as reason to inspire mistrust and hatred rather than celebrating the beauty of individuality and diversity.

You can read between the lines and see the fear in all the statements the religious are making in their criticism, its just man's interference/mind that has blurred and scrambles the messages.

When we think for ourselves instead of what others tell us to think, we will find the truth. Then we can separate the truth from the lies, and when we do this, it in our own minds those BOOKS do lead to salvation because we see the truth in what they say and the lies....

High time to realise that doctrines and dogmas are very often based on a principle of 'fear of God' and separation. Most people who say they follow their "religion" don't live it! How can humanity are saved when they live by only the rules they choose to fit their lifestyle.

I don't believe our answers can ever come from an outside source. We decide what to believe in and what thoughts we keep within our minds. When we are able to have inner faith and believe in ourselves we feel surer and at peace.

I was lucky enough to grow up in a family where my father always told us that he allow us to choose our own path, whatever it was. I'm very thankful for this choice he made, as it allowed me to have an open mind, and in the end to create my own with my own beliefs, far from any formatted faith.

I have seen so many people practice religious rituals daily unconsciously. Many of them have no understanding or connection with god. Many do what they are told out of fear. And that’s the way organised religions want it. God has nothing to do with religion. Each person should explore, question and decide their own God. A punishing God or a compassionate God?

Maybe we need to draw out all the parallels that work, establish which ones have been most successful across all creeds backed up by case studies.

Evaluate which messages have been disregarded or used to torment other human beings to identify specifically where our wrong thinking has got us and define a set of broad non-prescriptive ideals.
That we can all agree make sense backed up by science but that are conducive to sharing the planet and keeping it all intact for future generations.

We can certainly establish the fact that no human being is in possession of the full picture, is still battling with their ego and therefore the more powerful they become, the less their judgement can be trusted. If we can do this by tomorrow, that would be great.

Fear keeps people stuck in doctrine. It makes them feel safe, it tells them they fit in, and it takes away their need to think for themselves. When they r ready they can awaken to the universal love that is inherent within us all. Until then we must lead by example!

It's just man's interference/mind that has blurred and scrambles the messages, misinterpretations of God’s word...

Great Observation

I am BAFFLED how many individuals today including youth defend ancient traditional man-made laws and rules which oppress their own innate freedom and human rights of free-will.
Indeed, this unconscious defence is a part of the hypnosis too. Feeling obliged to remain attached to everything that was instilled in childhood via fear and loss of security

Thorough cultural Programming, if our loyalty was weak, people would follow every new idea and that would be chaos too. I think the human race is just going to take another few Dozen generations to wise up.

This is ever a challenge with the children, teens, adults and families. This too, a challenge I faced when growing up - feeling often that what was demanded served no purpose other than keeping me in 'control.' My questioning the 'why' was not always received favourably. Yet, I stepped beyond this oppression and now I own my liberation.

People are more concerned about what "God" means for them and their lives, rather than what it means to know "God."
I do not believe that many, or any, of the armies and philosophers in history who fought for or against "God" or gods, truly cared about the meaning of a concept.
They cared about how a system, based on a "god" could ensure their wealth, and dominance over other humans, and the planet as a whole.
The product of this process is the rituals we force ourselves into today. On the other side of the coin, if a certain rule, practice, or way of life makes another person's spiritual development better, I have no reason to ask that they give it up.

Indeed. Those who question the norm are often labelled as the troublemakers since we challenge the status quo which was/ is designed to control the masses, which does not respect individuality.

The whole purpose of these rules and practices is supposedly to enhance one's connection with the Divine. If a ritual or practice does not accomplish that, it should be left out and practiced only by those whom it helps.

Majority following ancestral rituals do so merely out of traditional obligation, with very little understanding of their Spiritual purpose.
If people understood that its more about a Feeling and Connection, rather than a mechanical process, they could see that any rule/ritual that Feels right is right for them, and if not, then leave it be. There is an infinite spiritual freedom that accompanies the idea of God that people do not realize.

People can believe in any way they want, such as pantheism, like Albert Einstein, or deism like Isaac Newton, or anything else, because it is about a Feeling. When it comes to this idea, there is no restriction in how you interpret it, and so there should be no restrictions in how you incorporate it into your life.

Sadly some people will not give up on the things that they can use to control or suppress others. You cannot get closer to God by trampling on others. You shouldn't look for an advantage over others but to help lift up those that is disadvantaged.

Let everyone regulate his conduct . . . by the golden rule of doing to others as in similar circumstances we would have them do to us, and the path of duty will be clear before him.
Guided by TRUTH and God's loving care, Stand I free of longing and despair.
That is inspiring! Love ends Fear. And those who Love others, can follow the Golden Rule easily, and benefit from the Golden Rule as well.

If we give up on an idea too quickly, we fear we might go too far all at once, so we historically are slow to take risks.
Patience - how many times do we observe a failing before we try something else?
It takes the race generations and generations to learn things - the human race is right on track - evolutionarily speaking.

It seems sad to aware souls that the race should suffer for so long til we learn our lessons. But the human race is Barely a teenager.
All our wishes to end suffering will come true, given a thousand years, or more: D

Say yes!

You must be good to yourself if you are ever going to be any good for others. You can't give anyone water from an empty well!
The knowing that you are strong is stronger than the belief; you have about yourself that you are not.

Find the joy in your life... say what you need to say, do what you need to do and live it!

This is first and foremost especially as we head into the energy shift! More Love and Light is present to make this easier than ever before!

You must first see your Self as worthy before you can see another as worthy. You must first see your Self as blessed before you can see another as blessed. You must first know your Self to be holy before you can acknowledge holiness in another.

Something powerfully good and infinitely expansive is seeking to breathe through you, lifting your life to its highest possibility.

Say yes.

The solution forgiveness affirms sovereignty and redefines the cycle. Forgive and let go while continuing to keep walking, these forces are called...' demagogue'

Courage is beautiful. The heart of hearts is fully mature. Decision is growth..., choice is stagnation.

The negative influence is often passive. It's always a reflection of inner condition; hence forgiveness.

It’s also due to lack of understanding. We can only understand deeply what we personally experience. So those who have yet experienced, are afraid or judgmental.

The delicacy with which anything is expressed considering sensitivity goes a long way when advising our loved ones. Not only to say the right thing at the right time to the right recipient, but also NOT to say the wrong thing at the wrong time to those not yet ready to digest it.

As I say often, everything depends on one's individual level of Spiritual and Personal evolution. The more evolved Being is able to forgive whilst letting go of the attachment, which is the key to Liberation. Forgiveness beginning with self through to other Beings.

Wishing you abundant Tranquillity, Love and Peace everyday exponentially.

It is time..

It is Time for different masks to be exfoliated
All along they have been worn within our minds!
Let us undo knots and blindfolds hindering our growth
We were the ones we were waiting for since we arrived!

It takes the idea of PRAYER beyond... any religious or Spiritual tradition and makes it an INNER TECHNOLOGY that's open to everyone.

Regardless of our beliefs, our lifestyles or our bloodline or our heritage or how or where we choose to live our lives. What it says to us- in every moment in Life we are having a FEELING and by virtue of this feeling we are communicating to the world around us.

So rather than seeing a PRAYER as something we do every once in a while, when we'd like to change our world and then stop the prayer and get up and walk away, perhaps we can redefine Prayer as-
“The Way that we FEEL in our Lives and because we're always feeling in every moment of Life- LIFE becomes the prayer. LIFE becomes the LIVING PRAYER. We can ALWAYS have the FEELINGS of PEACE in our Hearts." — Gregg Braden and Sayang Osman

Peace, Love, Light, UNITY and Gratitude to All

Hmmmmm

With the New Year coming my emotions are highly stirred. Most of us spend our lives as if we had another one in the bank. There is only ONE life we can influence and guide – the one we’re living right now.
Make choices that influence your... life as you live it now, BE TRUTHFUL and HONEST to yourself if happiness is what you are after for you will never get a second chance.

Do not let others make you lose your senses. I believe deep in my heart that living truthfully from the beginning till the end is the only way to live.
I am a leader, not a follower, I do my own thing, and I try not to hurt anyone... I have to do what is right for me & with ALL my heart. If everyone already figured this Beauty it would be Utopia already!
I would die before I gave away my power to anything or anyone. Even though it’s uncomfortable, I will listen to the truth. It may seem damaging to something I hold dear, but I would rather have that than live an illusion.

It takes some years to earn some wisdom...mistakes make us stronger and less tolerable of others "best intentions" for OUR OWN lives.
One thing about making your OWN decisions... YOU must be strong enough to live with them!
Reason is just one tool in my existential toolkit. Like a good carpenter, I know when a particular tool is needed and when it is useless.
Love is the only thing I have never been able to reason my way out of.

I am reminded of the last phrase of a poem by Robert Frost:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less travelled by,
And that has made all the difference
I think we all come to a crossroad in life where we have to make a decision that will separate us from the crowd or family.

Hopefully it doesn't get too complicated with more attachments by then.

2012 wishes for ALL

May you find serenity and tranquility in a world you may not always understand.

May the pain you have known and the conflict you have experienced g...ive you the strength to walk through life facing each new situation with courage and optimism. Always know that there are those whose love and understanding will always be there, even when you feel most alone.

May you discover enough goodness in others to believe in a world of peace.

May a kind word, a reassuring touch, a warm smile be yours every day of your life, and may you give these gifts as well as receive them. Remember the sunshine when the storm seems unending. Teach love to those who know hate, and let that love embrace you as you go into the world.

May the teaching of those you admire become part of you, so that you may call upon them. Remember, those whose lives you have touched and who have touched yours are always a part of you, even if the encounters were less than you would have wished. It is the content of the encounter that is more important than its' form.

May you not become too concerned with material matters, but instead place immeasurable value on the goodness in your heart. Find time in each day to see the beauty and love in the world around you. Realize that each person has limitless abilities, but each of us is different in our own way. What you may feel you lack in one regard may be more than compensated for in another. What you feel you lack in the present may become one of your strengths in the future.

May you see your future as one filled with promise and possibility. Learn to view everything as a worthwhile experience.

May you find enough inner strength to determine your own worth by yourself, and not be dependent on another's judgments of your accomplishments.

May you always feel loved.

Happy New Year!
