We don't want to be gender divided and we do want to be humanist in our approach to all the world's problems but it is a fact that sexism is an issue and the 'feminist' movement (which contains men too) has more vital work to do and we will do it.
But it can.
Many men are feminists too and many men and women work together on feminist activism.
Some feminist groups do not want men with them and this is usually because their work involves working alongside women who have experienced abuse most commonly from a male partner.
Feminism is about liberating the woman first and indirectly but most definitely the community at large.
Both men and women can adopt a more androgynous way of living, hence a more liberated life. Androgyny means that a person does not limit her/his life due to gender constrains.
