Fourteen year old Malala gets shot in the head by the Taliban for speaking out for female rights for a basic education.

What do the religious leaders and those who defend fundamentalism have to say about this? Probably that she used the wrong tone during her request or some other nonsensical excuses.

This girl could have been our mother, our sister, our daughter, heck she could even have been YOU or I, if we were born into those uncivilized primitive circumstances.

It's time to speak against female oppression! Let go of all boundaries and Unite as ONE to help protect women and children from such mutilation in the hands of unbalanced cruel men and systems which serves no purpose for Humanity's progression!

Easy guys, we're about to get serious (very briefly).

This is Malala Yousufzai. She's fourteen years old, and lives in Pakistan. Today, she was shot in the head for speaking out against the fact that under the Pakistani Taliban, women are
Not educated.

She was shot in the head for saying she should be able to go to school.

According to various news sources, the bullet did not enter her brain and she is stable.

It's very nice for us to sit here, and talk about how much us fucking love science.
Almost every one of us had the opportunity to go to school, and to learn (even if some of us didn't appreciate that opportunity at the time).
Yet on the other side of the world, children are dying for the right to go to school.

I don't mean to preach, and I'm sorry if I'm bumming you all out. I just thought this should note by us: value your education.
Value that you've had the opportunity to fucking love science.
Some never get that chance, and some would die for that chance.

Malala Yousufzai, speaking in 2009 aged eleven: "I don't mind if I have to sit on the floor at school. All I want is education. And I'm afraid of no one."

She's still alive! The bullet didn't penetrate her brain and she is stable after surgery now. L
If is in the hands of God & not any bullet, hope she recovers & fight back.

She may have to suffer more than death after surviving the bullet. Life can sometimes be worse than death (something nobody alive has experienced) for those living in hell on Earth like her situation.

They are hypnotized. How else can't adults feel any sympathy and love for a fourteen year old child?

Those who engage in such barbaric acts are like zombies. I know a few retarded adults who would choose the death penalty for their own children over the DISHONOR if their children disobeyed some primitive theoretical rules written so many centuries ago. Sad and a disgrace for our Humanity.

THIS IS THE REASON I VOTE...

I VOTE because I CAN.

I VOTE for the entire woman across the globe that does not have a voice; have rights. I may not like either political party, but as a woman I have a RIGHT to vote in this Country. Most times, I end up voting against someone rather than for them, but regardless,
I VOTE. VOTE because YOU has the PRIVILEGE to do so...
VOTE because our service men and women, past and present that gave their lives to protect our CIVIL LIBERTIES. Regardless of your reason WHY...
ALL WOMEN MUST VOTE.

WHERE are all the loud angry cartoon-protestors NOW? Isn't THIS more a worthy cause to create havoc on the streets demanding the Taliban be taken down rather than scream their throats into a cancer over a useless movie?

A 14 year old girl was SHOT IN THE HEAD for asking permission for a basic education and Muslim men do nothing about this! Instead they go camping to protest against cartoons about the prophet.

If the prophet was alive today he would be so ashamed of the cowardice to raise our voices where it's DUE!

I feel sorry for all the unborn girls in those circumstances!!!!
