Thriving in the present

Thinking is simply thinking

Lay on your back, put the soles of your feet together, wrap your arms across your chest like hugging. Get the hands as far around to the shoulder blades as possible without discomfort. 

And then, tilt the head slightly back so the air can really come in and start laughing. 

This may move those resentments along.
