You have never really lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.

It is easy to get so caught up working out, studying various subjects, providing a living, and taking care of business, that we can forget to help those who are really struggling in this life.
Be always willing to step up and protect the weak when they are being attacked, but that is not the only time that they need help.
Look for ways to step up and help those less fortunate than yourself.
A heart of benevolence is always a part of the righteous lifestyle. Help as many people as you can, as much as you can...
"You cannot talk to a frog in a well about the vast sea; he is limited to his area of space. A summer insect has no knowledge of snow; it knows nothing beyond its own season." Chiu Shu
You will find that the majority of people out there will not be able to understand much of righteous lifestyle or why you would chose to live this lifestyle.
This is becoming even more evident as the moral character of our world seems to continue to degenerate.
People just can’t understand why you would risk your life to defend a stranger or why you won’t lower your standards just for the time being or just until the deal is done.
People who do not take honour seriously cannot comprehend why anyone would put their character and honour ahead of their comfort or finances.
It just does not compute for them. They think that this is ridiculous. These people have no concept of true honour and therefore can’t understand the warrior lifestyle.
Talking to them about the standards is about as productive as talking to them about quantum physics.
Be selective with whom you share this information.
Understand that not everyone will be sympathetic to your quest.
There are but few who are able to understand the way, and fewer still, who are able to live by the ideals.
Just as a summer insect cannot understand the concept of snow, they cannot comprehend the lifestyle we choose.
"With integrity you have nothing to fear, since you have nothing to hide. With integrity you will do that right thing, so you will have no guilt. With fear and guilt removed, you are free to be and do your best." Zig Ziglar

Integrity has no need of rules.

With fear and guilt removed, you are free to be and do your best. That is a powerful statement. In order to be and do your best, you have to be able to focus your mind 100% on the task at hand at any one time.
You can't do that if there are other concerns pressing your mind for attention.
It is only when you get rid of fear, doubt, guilt, worry, etc., and walk a life of total integrity, that you are free to do you best and totally focus on whatever you are doing.

The word integrity comes from the Latin word integer, which means whole or unbroken completeness.
It can also be defined as a state of being complete and undivided, or incorruptibility.
Thus,
if you have integrity, your commitment to your own personal principles will be incorruptible.
If we look at integrity from this point of view, it would mean being true to your beliefs and principles, or as the definition above states, steadfastly adhering to the high moral principles or standards that you have set for yourself to follow.
Make it a point to get rid of the things in your life that weigh you down.
Free yourself to be the best that you can be!
