Rage and resentment lead to rash action....Sun Tzu

How many times have you heard someone say something to the effect of,
“If I get mad, nothing can stop me?”

Many people seem to have this attitude.

The rush of adrenaline gives them the sense of unstoppable power and strength, but what they fail to realize is that their personal feelings of power and strength do not change their enemy’s skills, strength or power.
While it is true that a rush of adrenaline does bump you up a notch on the physical scale, it also comes at a price.

As your body is raging, your mind is disengaged.

This means that you are no longer acting from a rational place. You have allowed your rage and anger to take control in place of your rational thought process.

As Sun Tzu taught, this leads to rash actions which can many times cause you some major problems. The true being should act from a place of rational consideration of each situation.
She/He should act rather than react.

This requires a calm mind.

It takes practice and self-control, to developed.

Don’t give your power to anyone else or anything else.

Maintain control at all times and remember that your mind is your best weapon, but only if you control your thoughts and think rationally.
