The antiquated idea of turning bad to good is akin to rearranging furniture

Cognitive psychology has been teaching people to replace bad stories with good stories for the past 30 years.
While this may lead to a happier and healthier life but it will NEVER lead to awakening.

What I love about Cognitive psychology is that at least they figured out that these stories were thoughts.

Search for the storyteller instead, diligently day and night in every circumstance. And keep searching until the searching drops away of itself that’s all.

Then go back to simply living your life as you see fit.

If you can get to a place where bad thoughts aren't torturing you and you can replace/refute them, that space at least allows you the pause to ask
"Wait, who is it that thinks any kind of thought is?"

Going beyond-the next step while you're on top of the flag pole
