No expectations BE spontaneous as a child....just Experiencing, discovering and Enjoying...

If you spend your time trying to figure out what's "best" for you, your choices will be cautious, your decisions will take forever, and your journey will be launched on a sea of expectations. 

If you are not careful, you will drown in your expectations, it's very hard living without expectations... The ego always tries to take over! 

The greatest freedom I got was letting go of my expectations, and embrace life as it is I was set free. 

Act with your heart and do what you want, because you’re true desires will make you happy. Each moment you do this you build happiness and there is no fear, no worry in the future. 

Expectations are indeed walls, limiting a person from seeing and experiencing life, love and people in their fullest measure. 

Your perspective about a thing is what creates your idea about it. If your perspective is created by your Mind, it will be based on Data. 

If your perspective is created by your soul, it will be based on awareness. 

If you perspective is created by your Mind and your Soul, working co-jointly, it will create Wisdom. 

Everything that is happening is happening just the way it must, in order for you to have the opportunity to create the experience of your Self for which you yearn.

The idea behind all of this is to give you a chance to become and to know, at the highest level, Who You Really Are.

Pools of eternal longing that simultaneously or alternately merge with fulfilment...

If we age honestly, we become love.

With no time left to pretend, we seek authentic embrace everywhere. 

As the body weakens, love surges through us, longing to be released, longing to be lived. 

This is why we should look forward to aging. 

Finally, after all the masks and disguises, we are left with love alone. 

Our hearts melt into pools of eternal longing. 

How amazing would the world be if ALL aging people saw it this way?!

There is so much to be grateful for and yes it is the small things that can give you incredible joy...

Feel your breath...
Each inhale keeps you alive when the touch of spirit fills you with life force...

Your eyes... that let you receive images guiding you around...
The laughter of children giving you a smile on your lips...

A warm bed to go to sleep to...
Friends and family who share this life with you... and yes the list goes on... and on...

Indeed... the feeling of Grace is in the action of Gratitude...

Let yourself become speechless for how much joy it will bring to you... to truly appreciate all the gifts existence is giving you this day this life.

Maybe you are searching among the branches, for what only appears in the roots. Rumi

If you want to dig for diamonds, you don't do it in a rock pile. 

You have to go to where the diamonds actually are. 

The same goes for whatever you are searching for, whether it is information or spiritual wisdom.

If you want to find true spiritual wisdom, go to the ROOT, not the branches. 

I prefer to go straight to the Power Source, not to use old, questionable extension cords. Primary sources are always more reliable than secondary sources.

Just remember, if someone's teapot is empty, they can't share quality tea with you. 

Reflect on these things and you will understand.

It is a process in order to create the new, what has not exist. In life, you do not have to do anything. It is all a question of what you are being.

The signs that life sends us will be confrontive, challenging, and always pointing us to our next most powerful opportunity for growth.  

I know deep inside that everything that is happening is happening for our own good. My life has shown me that. 

Personal and societal transformation is arduous. 

It is immensely challenging. 

It is work for the strong and courageous. 

This is not a journey from nowhere to nowhere. 

This is a process. 

Life is a process. 

It is a process with purpose and meaning. 

Life is unfolding, just as it should... It's usually just a few steps down the road, is when we truly learn to understand that. 

Or possibly understand why... And sometimes, we don't even have to question... Just simply accept it with Open arms, 

Open mind and 

Open heart with Open eyes.

Spirit is pure your inner sense will guide you and revile what’s really right, heart, soul and spirit can be pure and sweet and vulnerable but if there has been wounding in the past that was never completely healed, a person will attract someone to facilitate the uncovering.

Consider the possibility that the little obstacles in life are not obstacles at all, but stepping stones.

Acceptance of what is liberates the soul to access opportunities which we might not have seen otherwise.

Letting go resistance indeed frees the Spirit to soar. 

Although often times our expectations of perfection is an illusion since the different combinations of diverse possibilities are infinite and we can never really know it ALL, of everything that lies ahead of the unseen wonderment. 

Our ideal might in fact be barred by our worldly ideas of 'best'. Therefore we may already be settling. 

Our potentials are very likely greater than what we see as ideal at present. 

To open our minds willingly is the first step... I should have added that because at my age and with my experiences I did go beyond my IDEAL... which was allllwaysss in FLUX, not static. 

So let go waiting for perfection and start living now, making the best of what and whom you have at hand, for it's not about perfect moments but about infinite experiences which become part of our perfectly unique journeys. 

We create our own opportunities with every Conscious choice we make.

For many of us, just being seen, even for a moment, is the greatest gift.

The journey from disconnection to reconnection is essentially about creating bridges between bodily sensations and mental thoughts, inner and outer focus, self and others, "us and them"… until union, communion, wholeness, and oneness become felt experiences, rather than inspiring ideas.

The ultimate touchstone of friendship is not improvement, neither of the other nor of the self: the ultimate touchstone is witness, 

the privilege of having been seen by someone and the equal privilege of being granted the sight of the essence of another, 

to have walked with them and to have believed in them, and sometimes just to have accompanied them for however brief a span, on a journey impossible to accomplish alone.

When will humanity stop apologizing for being alive?

When will we stop projecting God onto others and see her staring at us in every mirror?

When will we fully realize that each of us is a unique and essential carrier of the God-seed?

When will we truly begin to honour the self- the soul’s temple- and stop burying it alive under a bushel of shame?

When will we begin to truly love ourselves without getting in our own way?

When will we prioritize sacred purpose as a way of being?

I want to live in a world where every God-seed grows into its wholeness, where each one of us recognizes how bloody magnificent we are, where we wake up in the morning and celebrate every soul every moment.

We have a long way to go, but let’s never lose sight of where we are going. We are going to get there.

I am sure of it.
