What’s worked for me is a continuous mantra both inner and
outer of coupled with seeing abundance everywhere and affirming abundance.
When giving thanks hard out to everything - nothing else was
allowed in, now I feel in full joy all the time.
Shit happens yes but I feel my
way through it been seeing it in different ways.
I feel the pain around my
closes friend and I am now learning to take a big breath and step away rather
than engaging automatically unconsciously.
Just recently, without any conscious recalling I started
having long lost childhood memories float into my consciousness.
They explained
why I held certain beliefs and patterns of behaviour - I was able to 'view'
them without any reaction.
Not a day goes by when I don’t feel challenged and distracted
by an old pattern, another test, a false-path that holds temptation.
I don’t
think it’s a simple question of finding our sacred purpose and owning it every
moment. I think we are always pulled off of it and have to remember.
Forget,
remember, forget, and remember.
It’s just that the remembering gets easier over time.
It’s just that the remembering gets easier over time.
So I feel that yes, there will be challenges but that there
are ways to mitigate this by giving thanks 24/7 until it has become the
dominant pattern in our lives regardless of what is going on in the world.
The good news is we have people around us who can help
remind us once in awhile.
It is a lifelong practice.
It is a lifelong practice.
