Strength Training ~ It's about more than lifting weights.

Do you add strength training to your training routine? 
If so, are you training for functionality or simply to have a good looking body?
Training should be balanced. 
It should include more than your martial arts training. 
Strength, 
endurance, 
flexibility, 
mental training, and 
aerobic training are all an important part of a warrior's training routine. 
Don't neglect any part of your body!
It is not wise get into a set training routine and never change it up. 
Your muscles will start to adapt to your specific training routine, so you should mix it up a little. 
Add new exercises and new stretches to your daily workout. 
Never rest on your laurels; 
always seek constant, 
never-ending improvement!
