be eager to hear about theirs.
Devote yourself to kindness and positivity, with the quiet knowledge of your power to smile
Walk away if someone doesn't give you the same.
Gossiping is a sign of negative focus, having too much time, & a desire to downgrade others instead of upgrading your own life.
Try not to.
"I don't have time" is a phrase I hear most often from those who are the most talented at wasting it.
If you only decide to get sociable when the person you want walks into the room you'll be unequipped for that moment.
Always be practising.
It's easy to know what to work on if you think about the qualities you find attractive in others that you are not exhibiting yourself.
The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane..
Do not be afraid to have your own opinions. And don't over-respect the opinions of others.
They are just other human beings, not your superiors.
Have the courage to stand by the things you believe with conviction and passion, and reserve the right to be wrong when your thoughts evolve.
Motivation isn't something you just have.
It's something we have to renew every single day by reminding ourselves of the reasons we wake up.
