I do not need to work on myself; I only need to accept what is great and exemplify it.
One can make resolutions any time, anywhere. As the year
draws to a close, one should reflect - the good things, the bad things and the
ugly things.
What's more meaningful is the lessons learned and insights
gained. The exuberance that never escaped you in life, the positiveness, the
compassion, the humaneness, the ability to stand up and continue the journey....
Being Awaken doesn't just mean you know the principles - it means living them.
It is always our own self that we find at the end of the journey, with trust,
guidance, love and courage this can be done.
Take chances, take a lot of them no matter where you end up
and with whom, it always ends up just the way it should be.
Your mistakes make
you who you are.
You learn and grow with choices you made.
Everything is worth
it, say how you feel always.
Be you and be OK with it.
Everything is perfect,
nothing is missing.
Somehow life has toughened us up, how strange all things
will pass and that when we viewed things from higher perspective, the further
steps we take from the issue, the smaller the issue will be.
Instead of going over all the things about myself I'd like
to change or make better, I am trying to focus on what I learned from 2012.
Everyone must have learned at least a thing or two.
And with every lesson
there’s a revelation and revelations make us better, more in-tune and
ultimately a finer human being.
May your coming year be filled with magic, dream and good
madness. I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you are
wonderful and don’t forget to make some ART. Live as only you can and somehow I
hope you will surprise yourself.
Activate the truth of which you are, my favourite Principle
of Awakening - Work on you! When life is happening to you, you become a victim
of circumstances, your health and well-being suffers as a result of you not
putting yourself forward.
It is then time to work on you.
There is no outside force that can convince us
of our value, being extraordinary is an inside job. Let the truth and the light
is our guide.
No one is the keeper of your emotion; everyone is the
creator of their own experience. May you be open to each thread that comes into
your life.
