Giving up or Access Consciousness....?

Don't you dare give up on Tomorrow because of the way things look Today.

Don't even think about it.

How bad things may look right now means nothing. It's how good you know they can look with God's help that counts.

Miracles seldom occur in the lives of those who do not consider them possible. There could be a miracle waiting for you this minute. Please make room for it in your thinking.

I have faith and hope wrapped round my waist, and I have no intention of giving up!! I know without a shadow of doubt that God is with me and has great plans for me.

Those who view the world with their eyes are blind; to see is having inner vision.

Our world is expanding, our challenge now is to expand, and grow.

What makes this a special time in history is, this time growth can only come through the heart.

The old way was dominance, and control, our time requires us to co-create through co-operating with each other.
LOVE was, is, and will always be the way.

Instead of validating other people’s realities we started acknowledging the infinite possibilities, grateful for whom you are today

Acknowledging are you being to you and your life now that you are, you have to be as different as you have to be, to have your life and your reality.

All you just have to do is to stop working against you, else is possible.

How much of you are you hiding behind you so that no one ever sees you?

Are you aware that no one includes you?

If you knew that by validation other people's realities you were validating their limitations, what would you choose?

"The greatest power is to change, transform and choose"

Choice creates awareness!

A question creates awareness, let's keep asking and start choosing my friends!

I am NOT....all I am ;-)

I am not her,
I have never been she,
never called the it-girl!

I am not the Grandmother I resemble,
nor the aunt that tries to improve me.

I have not been beaten so bad that I haven't gotten back up for seconds.

I have never been so self-absorbed to pass by someone in need.

I have never been rich nor have I been poor...
for I always have my heart my soul and love.

I have never abandoned a friend or usurped an opportunity that was not mine by rights.

I don't let lies and deceit stand as fact or belief,
I would rather trust and be a fool than become jaded and hurt a heart.

I don't allow others to be hurt in front of me and let my voice rust in my throat.

I will not jump with the crowd and be part of the flock.

I may not be the one,
who shines the stars or Hung the Moon,
but I am who I am and that is enough for me!

Family

All families have troubles in them.

Problem-free families do not exist.

Indeed, the challenges in families are family's greatest gifts. How else could we learn of real love, and of true compassion, and of total acceptance?

In our household,
their problem is I’m too farci and too bossy but they just have to bear with me J if I’m happy everybody is happy but sometime they do retaliate...and
my problem is my mother-in-law (she's a cow ^__*) don’t like me, she disapprove of her son marrying me, apart from that NO PROBLEM

Families are like the 'safe' environment where we all learn to dance on the shifting carpet that is life.

We learn unconditional love; it's all about perspective and opening your heart to the messages that present themselves, very 'real' instead of what it should look like or it must not look like. Total acceptance......WITHOUT SPOILING, enabling

To make a good family there has to be complete acceptance on both sides including positives n negative. Should not have to be a power struggle or control issues. Instead focus should be on raising kids with integrity and love.

Honestly, there is no greater institution in the world than a family.

I am a fond believer that there is a lot of work to keep this institution running successfully.

Lot of love, passion, respect and a shoulder to rely on.

The word 'I' should be replaced by WE.

With unity and integrity you can achieve anything. Hope all can share equal understanding and we can make world a better place to live.

Without my families 'issues' I would not be Who I Am today. I'm truly grateful for every second and every person who has played a part. Perspective IS everything.

Have often wondered why we need licences to drive cars but not to raise children.... Please don't scream and shout about human rights now.
Just think about the implications.

May be utopian but then true love would be the norm.

Tranquility....

"Pearls and precious stones
are never found on surfaces,
always residing at rock bottom
beneath layers of challenges.

Dive deep within your Being
To find inexplicable beauty,
Pearls of Truth awaiting
to unfold your embrace,
Inner Peace, Tranquillity."
- DS

These are the pearls of wisdom, most of us could never try to find and look for, so sad, that's why human brain is deteriorating, and this poor world is suffering. All of us should dive into us from time to time and bring back a pearl on the surface to share with others.

Just like a deep sea diver in search of pearls or exploring the depth of the oceans for new species... this requires lots of effort, the right attitude, the will to carry on... a diver needs his tank of oxygen and we need patience to make it through the journey... with time... and the proper channelling of the immense energy within us..

We’d get there.

The gift of acceptance...

Acceptance is a lived experience.

It can’t be given to you.

You need to earn it.

Most often it comes from living through the most excruciatingly painful and difficult times. When it comes to acceptance, I thought there was not much else I needed to learn.

When I lost my dad, I’ve been given the gift of acceptance. No matter what happens in life, you’ve just got to get on with it.
The clarity that I had searched for for a long time was staring at me in the face.

Acceptance was the quality that came before everything else and it had enabled me to move forward and find a new direction in life.
Allowing, not resisting, accepting what had happened had open the door that I had never before considered. It brought positive change, healing and growth.

Acceptance is the one quality I am constantly reminded of when life throws me more challenges or more hill to climb.
However, this was never going to sustain me in the long term and it was not time to learn the art of surrendering to the stillness and allowing a deeper level of self-love, peace and acceptance to enter my life.

Now I find myself accepting all of life, the joyful and the most painful, has given me not only a new way of doing but also of being.
I now see acceptance is a process, there are many layers and it is all about timing. There are times when I struggle to accept, but I’ve learned how to console myself and I am OK again.

Paradoxically, I can now accept the time of non-acceptance when I feel struck and unable to move forward and I feel comfortable with that.

I now know that when I am in that space, it is only because there is healing trying to happen and realise that I don’t need all the answers NOW and I know they will come with time.

The willingness to see things as they, understand the ephemeral nature of life, is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

When we accept life as it is, we make peace with life and we stop expecting that it should be anything other than what we have been given.

Sometimes I forget these lessons myself and need reminding, but that doesn’t mean I am a failure....just human.

So in accepting......I see that even if I don’t have the answers yet, I can still love the questions.

Enjoy when you can and endure when you must

Sometimes I think we don't speak our appreciation of people, and so they never know how much good affect they have on others.

Take the time to share a breath with someone whenever you can.

As you do, notice and appreciate something about them you never noticed or appreciated before.

Be brave and authentic and say so.

Watch your heart space.

Keep in open even if it feels different or uncomfortable.

Keep it open by smiling.

It will change the day for the better for everyone, mostly you.

If you want an experience other than the one you are presently having, start rerouting in a new direction.

Notice where you are, what experience you prefer to have, and the direction you are moving in right now.

Are you moving in the direction of your heart's desire or staying the course of your less than satisfying present?

Just for today move in the direction of what you love.

Take the first step toward supporting your most authentic heart and the Universe will take a thousand steps toward you.

It's the dance of life.

As for me I'm stepping outside and going for a bike ride, to soak in the sun while it's out.

The illusion of separation...????

Separation does disappear.
If it can appear, then it can disappear.
And it certainly does appear.

The illusion of separation -
how can something that isn't here in the first place 'disappear'?
What you are has always been intimate with life - with every thought, sound, sensation, and image.

Awareness and contents of awareness were always one. This intimacy doesn't come and go - though it may be apparently overlooked in our search for it.

And yet it's always here, appearing as this, this, this....

When the illusion is seen through, what's also seen is that there never was any separation to begin with - only the illusion of it.

A child thinks there is a monster in his closet - and waits for it to go away. The child then says "the monster disappeared!”

But only the illusion disappeared, 'illusion', in the true meaning of the word - 'deceptive appearance'.

So, in that sense, you're right, it does appear to appear, and appear to disappear, just as a wave seems to appear and disappear in the ocean.

Of course, when the inseparability of the wave and the ocean are seen - it's also seen that a separate wave never really appeared at all. It was simply the ocean, moving. Words, eh.

When I describing what does appear, after the illusion has disappeared, as "this, this, this" I might meant it’s indescribable/ineffable and I only can see it directly, without words.

It seems that words and language are most troublesome especially when they carve up the seamless unity of experience into separate things.

So maybe what really disappears, if anything is the taking seriously of or belief in judgements and labels?

Words, indeed!

Yes I think that's a good way of saying it - it's the taking seriously / the belief in the absolute truth of judgements and labels, that dissolves.....
Judgements, labels, words, concepts, opinions - all are allowed to arise, but they are held very lightly.....

This' is always beyond all labels.

Nothing....

Nothing is yours, and nothing is missing.

A thought is coming.... Nothing is mine, because I am the cause, because I am it.

For nothing can, or ever will, separate you from seeing the perfection and perfection itself

I am this and you are that. All This IS That and That's all there is and THIS is all that is.

THIS - it's what everyone is seeking, but nobody can find, because it's everything and everywhere, the most ingenious place to hide!

Aren't WE genius?!?

And...because they are looking for it.

Peek a boo!

Tickety boo!

When we look for it specifically thus excluding, we cannot see it for it is everything and everywhere.
In trying to "fence it off" we lose sight of it.

The good news is that this does not change what it is and that it remains everything and everywhere...the only possibility.

I am just a bird singing my song, for the sheer joy of it. That is my freedom.

My song is neither 'true' nor 'false' - it is merely music.

You are free to listen to this music, or walk away. To agree or disagree.

To sing your song back to me, or not. Either way, this singing goes on until it doesn't. The universe sings to itself.
Tweet Tweet!

I ask this day for the patience to allow myself to rest my mind and body and enjoy the peace of my inner spirit.

Please assist me in releasing from my mental grip all that concerns and troubles my being and help me turn my life over to the guidance of your will over mine.

Let me sit back and use my eyes and ears to look for signs of your most loving presence overseeing my way,
and use my heart to follow these subtle threads through the darkest corners of my fears and into the bright light of your ever present wisdom.

Let me breathe in the knowing that this day, in your spirit and mine, all is well.

And so it is.

Isn't it also seeing that the mystery of Life...is absolutely a mystery?

What is sin?
What is evil?
What is negativity?
What is enlightenment?

We separate good from evil, positive from negative, light from dark, and then unconsciously go to war with the 'shadow side' of reality.

We fight the dark, hoping one day to reach the light - and we forget that in reality all of these 'opposites' are just illusions of mind, and who we really are is beyond all the opposites....

I’ve found that there is a transitional period of letting go of all the conditioning that you've accumulated as you grew up to go towards the good and detract from the bad.

It’s a very subtle shift as you see life could not be itself without the so called things that we deem "bad."

You find there is a tremendous harmony in every situation because there couldn't be a "here" without a "there" or there couldn't be a "me" without the "other."

You do what you do because that's what the harmony of the universe requires but there's no "good" or "bad" anymore because you see that those it is "finally" being able to see Life, as being absolutely extraordinary.

A shift is perception, we can say... a huge clarity of seeing... the ordinary is extraordinary... indeed the awakening experiences, are awakening us to this reality

All ideas about yourself come and go. You think you're enlightened, you think you're unenlightened. You think you know everything, you think you know nothing. You think you're a teacher, you think you're a student.
And all these ideas float by, like leaves in the wind, like clouds in the sky.

What remains?

Nothing and everything and only me who I am remain, a peaceful emptiness - that is always there.

"I long, as does every human being, to be at home, wherever I find myself."

The search for home goes so very, very deep in the human psyche.

Throughout all human history it has expressed itself in every single facet of our lives - in our art, our music, our science, our mathematics, our literature, our philosophy, in our quest for love, in our spirituality.

Male and female seek each other; try to complete themselves through sexual union.

We seek our 'soul mates', search for our 'other halves' that will complete us. In our cosmic homesickness we seek union with God, with Spirit, with Nature, with the guru.

We buy houses together and magically transform them into homes, and after a long, exhausting day at kindergarten, or at the office, we just want to go home, back to mother, back to our loved ones, back to sleep, back to the cosmic womb.

We populate landmasses, create countries, and call them our homeland, our motherland, our fatherland.

We fight and die to protect our homeland – the land that we love, the land our ancestors were born in and died in.

As children, we are homesick when we are away from home for too long, away from the ones we love.

In music, notes and chords go on a similar journey, moving away from home, creating tension for the listener, but finally they resolve themselves, and we feel like the song moved us in some way – took us on a journey away from the ordinary, and returned us to where we were, somehow changed, touched, transformed.

In art, the interplay of foreground and background, light and shade, positive and negative space creates tension, drama.

Our longing for resolution makes the artwork compelling, perhaps it is the same longing that has driven mathematicians, philosophers, physicists, for all of human history, to seek some kind of grand, unified, all-encompassing theory of reality, to find wholeness in the chaos, to find love in the midst of devastation.

The spiritual seeker leaves home in search of enlightenment, and returns home again, only to discover that the enlightenment he sought was there from the beginning.

When people die we say they have 'gone home', or found a new home where they can rest eternally.

We are told that even the universe is expanding and contracting – somehow seeking equilibrium, seeking home.

Yin and yang, light and dark, creation and destruction, tension and resolution, contraction and release - this is the heartbeat of the cosmos, the heartbeat of all art, music, literature, spirituality, the beat of our very own hearts, which must come to rest eventually.

All things long to come to rest.

It is no wonder that at its root the word 'home' means 'rest' or 'lie down'. Home is not a place, a thing, or a person – it is rest.

Home is the limitless capacity in which all the appearances feelings, thoughts, and sensations come and go. It's what you are.

Nothing can threaten your true home, my friend. Home is always here, no matter what it looks like or feels like.

They may and try to smash our physical homes down but they will never be able to smash our true Home for no matter how many bricks are thrown, Home can never be threatened.

Dissolve into silence ...which means you are and I am

My breath like waves, underneath - the ocean... not separate but includes the breath trying to understand - mind, being - don't 'mind at all.

All in rhythm of its own course, all on time/no time at all, the relative is absolutely great.

At first, I was lost in the 'relative' perspective –
"I'm a person desperately trying to fix myself, to become perfect, pure, enlightened."

Later, I was lost in the 'absolute' perspective
"There's no me, no world, no time... and no perspectives!"

These days, what's seen is this:
The absolute dances as the relative, and so the words 'absolute' and 'relative' dissolve... into silence.

I am back to absolute, until the relative disturbs it again.

Then the drumming starts.

And I don’t have a clue anymore but to be and let’s see what comes!

Sometimes I’m trying to work out some spiritual idea...some times its all known sometimes the opposite ..

Every state I can be in has its opposites...and it’s all going on in this mystery we sometimes know, sometimes clearly see from with some the me drops away, some bit by bit...

Only God knows , what a life eh!!

So all inclusive...

A Prayer for the Dying

LIFE,

Let them struggle to understand until there is only confusion,
and in the centre of that confusion show them their inherent clarity.

Make them courageous by taking away all of their hope,
and let them weep until their stomachs hurt,
until their tears melt into laughter.

Love them by destroying them.

And when they are more alone than ever,
show them an intimacy they cannot imagine.

Make them suffer until they are exhausted from fighting You,
make their pain great enough so that all their concepts turn to ash.

Let them never know what they are looking for,
but make them keep looking anyway,
as if their lives depended on it.

Give them time to read their books and listen to their teachers,
give them time to build up mountains of knowledge,
give them certainty and pride and a sense of security.

And then let their books rot,
and turn their teachers into hypocrites,
and make them doubt and forget everything they’ve learned.

Everything.

And make them stand alone, facing You,
naked and without protection,
and let them tremble,
let them piss and shit themselves with fear,
let all facades fall away.

And then let them into the great secret,
that they are loved beyond words,
in their nakedness, in their failure, in their ignorance,
in everything they were running away from.

That they are you.
That your face is their face.

That nothing ever happened at all.

jf/smoh

I wonder if those who didn't survive the holocaust felt the love in the end...I really wonder.

I'm standing there right now without protection, facing life, facing fears and grieving. It is the opposite of joy, but its part of life nonetheless, just like joy is. I am, and so I embrace all the pain I'm going through.

There is lots of anger in me for those hypocrites.

A description from within...

Love is all that's left when all else has fallen away.

It's not a feeling, not a state, not a passing experience.

It is the ground of all things, the open space that holds all forms as they arise and pass.

It has no opposite - it holds all apparent opposites, allows them all to be.

You can't say what it is - you can't say what it is not. In the end, you can't say anything.

And yet all words are held here too...

The game of life...

That you'll love to win, love to lose, love to watch, love to relinquish...

And love to BE.

All those words interchangeably: Presence, Awareness, Love, Being....... All are simply words, serving as pointers to this, expressing the Inexpressible

If you don't see the 'love' aspect; awareness and being could easily called indifferent.

So I guess the question is how does awareness love?

Using the word 'love' in a way that's different to how it's usually used. Love is not a state, a feeling, or even a quality because then it would have an opposite!

It is a word that points to this open space of awareness, the open space that holds everything - every thought, every feeling, and every sensation.

The word 'love' points to the inseparability of awareness with all that appears in awareness.

Awareness and contents of awareness are not-two - nondual - and you could say that is 'loved' - beyond our understanding of the word 'love'.

It seems bang on, love is the ground of everything, nothing could exist without it...but...that for some reason seems a bit disappointing, like love should care or have some active beneficial quality that we have been in praise of all these years, when using that word.

For the sake of communication, the words are only temporary.

And if words are too much = not enough, go watch "The tree of life" by Terence Malick and experience IT/love/the All & Nothing beyond story, beyond time!
An incredible movie!

ps/smoh

Creation, destruction, the preciousness and fragility of life, the non-existence of the separate self, the illusion of time and space, the mystery of love and the mystery of death, the intimacy of human experience and the incomprehensible vastness of the universe - somehow all of this has been condensed into one movie. The Tree of Life. Go see it.

Devotional respect stems the flowers of integrity's intellect.

If you're married, be committed.
Don't go fishing when you have someone who trusts and loves you.
This goes to both, men and women.
Either be in it honestly or talk about it before it falls apart.

There is NO justification for fishing/ cheating while one is married. No, not even if their partners will fill in the blanks of whatever negative traits. It's about honesty.
Beyond all, to self.

I feel that even if they are freaky on the wink loll they should be honest with each other about those sides of themselves and what they are willing to explore with one another.
No sneaking around and all of the secret foolishness

The single people also have a responsibility in NOT to lead on any married friends/ co-workers/ bosses/ etc that are showing any signs of crossing the line.

I’m an open individual but I do believe in commitment.

If one is made then I believe it should be kept!

It takes 2 to tango. So there won't be cheating unless someone agreed to it. It's just a shame how some are addicted to the habit.
I don't waste time even listening to excuses.
Married friends got to know their limits.
If they cross it, they lose a friend, plain and simple policy.

Even to those who are "unreligious" does not equate to being immoral, but need to respect everything and everyone.

I am also a believer in the fact that a married/committed individual can also be involved in an "emotional affair" with someone, that can possibly lead to further destruction of the present relationship.

Maybe, that is the time to step back and review your own personal morals and work on some "self" improvements to be able to make an attempt to rescue the committed relationship or at least be honest with that person and yourself!

If one loves another they don't cheat, it's that simple. So many do not realize how blessed they are to have someone in their life who loves them.

I know of many just remain in their marriage for the sake of their children if they have them, and then the children are affected too, just such a toxic situation that many do not escape.

Be fair to everyone involved. Especially to your soul, but we have no right to judge our neighbour on anything. The only right we have is to keep our soul, thoughts and actions in the right.

There are all types of individuals in all types of societies. We simply appear diverse from the outside...

The rich/ poor, educated/ laymen, etc dualities are all relative.

Sunday morning

The Power of intention, love and acceptance...

“Practice the power of intention; it is the power of love. It asks nothing of anyone, it judges no one, and it encourages others to be free to be themselves”.

Very worthy of meditating upon! "Power of Love, asks nothing of anyone, it judges no one" Wouldn't life be more pleasant if we all internalized this thought?

But not all of us were born out of love,
In fact all of us were born out of a biological reaction,
And yes we are expressions of light and awareness,
But here is the fact,
And it is a bitter pill:
Love is learned, and it is imitated, not all people have been taught this, and that's the way it is.

There is how we wish it would be, and there is how it is.

The great Eagle of Lightening and Thunder that will claim our awareness at the end of our lives, has no compassion for the human awareness, and it is beyond any human emotion so this being said, use death as your advisor.

Because if you turn to life and ask advice, it will give you any lie to pacify you, any beatitude to make you feel better, but if you want the truth then ask death for advice and the answer will be the truth and with that answer will come this small voice, which few hear, saying
“I have not touched you yet, and I am final, so whatever you are worrying about, is probably a very small concern, compared to the vastness you will Know when I touch you”.

We make ourselves happy, or we make ourselves miserable...The amount of work is the same :) So don't worry TOO much, but don't be an IDIOT either :)

Love is treating others how you wish to be treated. Accepting the evils of the world and suffering isn't love. To say, embrace it or rise above it is lazy and complacent and absolves people of taking responsibility for the world we live in.

It takes open giver & open receiver to make intentions well comprehended by both parties

My friend said;
“And there are none as blind as those who cannot see, and none so lame as those who cannot walk, none so...umm (one sec)....vague as those who cannot make a point. And if you knew...you'd know...there...that'll be $29.99 please.....and if you act right now. I'll send you my new DVD " Sayings that sound like Zen Stuff with Cool Pictures" for the low, low price of only $19.99( offer void in Canada, The Bahamas, Jamaica, and the North-Eastern part of South-Western Botswana)..PEACE YA'LL...NUTTIN BUT LOVE AND STUFF LIKE THAT :) bwahahahahaha!”

What she spoke was her personal truth and it may not be the truth of everyone, who can say?

Well, I WAS intended out of love. I believe I was created from a desire for sex. That being said, I try every day to be the most loving, compassionate, spiritual being I can be to all creatures.

A truth I was unable to articulate. And then to add - I was hoping with all the fibber of my being - if I believed truly enough - absorbed enough - assimilated and understood enough, we too could feel this all encompassing love.

My I Am blows in the wind. The closet thing I've found to this Love - is the Love I have for my father, husband and my son. What you gave, we'll get it back, this is so true!

So, this message and all other Unity - Heart to Heart - We are One Source has to share is building a Force of Love strong enough to actually make changes in the individual that didn't learn it in infancy and through childhood into adulthood.
Perhaps there is hope.

I do believe that love and hope and faith can bring about miracles and compassion and caring can reach those who may wander in dark places.

Perhaps it takes being to reach into ourselves, sometimes our darkest parts, the places we don't want to look to find the means to touch the angry mind, the hurt soul, the wounded child maybe even the autistic child with the affliction so severe that some say they can never be reached, but they find their own beauty in things we can't see.

In those quiet moments, I do believe malice and anger are merely an absence of love and peace, quietness and stillness.

I've seen autistic children respond to animals, dolphins especially, in ways that are almost magical and maybe this is because animals do not speak, they do not think in “language", they operate from inner silence.

Silent knowledge, direct knowing maybe autistic children see and feel and sense the " mitotic" around them, the chaos of human" loud mind speech", there is always hope.

It is the substance of thing unlooked for... :) of things unseen. I may be a bit 'snarky" but 99% of the time, I agree with the beatitudes we see here on everyday living, but we have to be aware.

That is wisdom...and sometimes we have to be strong and stern, with our own boundaries, and those of others, for others perhaps so the garden grows as it will but we can tend it, with a thundering velvet hand...find the garden, share the garden, but at the same time, keep it secret, keep it safe

Made NO assumption that all children were born and intended out of love! Even the children born of rape are born of a great Love, and intended, because their mother knew that this child was part of her too. And while rape is an evil, taking your child's life is also an evil. 2 evil acts do not make a right.

That being said, love is a way of life, and to be more specific, the way of life. Unless one is LOVE, the Intention becomes IMPOTENT and power is defused, so it is really the Love that empowers the Intention in the end.
We were intended out of the love from God, source or whatever your belief is. In order for our intentions to manifest us one must be in a state of love for all living things.

ps/smoh

You must be willing to lose it all before you can have it all.

We must look at the lens through we see the world, as well as the world we see, and that the lens itself shapes how we interpret the world.

And may this be accompanied with deep meditation, contemplation, understanding, perception and enlightenment.

God is and only God is and God is synonymous with existence. God is of all that is. God is not separate from his creation. The creator is in his creation; there is no duality, there is no distance.

In Divine Way of Life, there is no distinction by way of religions provided one understands the Universal Truth that God is True and One for all as preached in the yesteryear by Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed !

There is no duality.

Perhaps these are the prerequisites and prerogatives to Understanding and Enlightenment, the practical Path in individual lives winds through awareness of our every intention, thought, word and deed, through Concern, Care, Compassion and finally through Love.

"You must be willing to lose it all before you can have it all."

What does this mean?

It means that until you can let go of everything, you will find it hard to hold onto anything.

You can have it all, but not all at one time.

You need to release your attachment to it all. It is so freeing to realize that you are complete without it all. It's the attachment that causes the pain.

This is what the Buddha meant when he said
"In order that all your desires are fulfilled, you should become desire less"

I have lived this truth, it's a daring time, and one that most of us are not prepared for!
Once you let go, and let God -it all becomes doable!

It’s about losing the attachment to things; it is not about actually losing the things themselves.

For example, I could believe that I will only be happy if I have that car or that relationship, this is attachment to things.
When I realize that happiness and joy comes from within then I am not dependent on anything else for my state of being.
Then I am free from attachment and am more likely to experience joy from all relationships and all things regardless, a paradox of course.

Everything's always provided for you, you need to look for nothing.

Definitely have to surrender in order to gain. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but the one who loses his life will gain it!!!

The man himself said that!!

So we wait....

We wait in line at the grocery store, in traffic, to find true love, for health.
We wait for more money, freedom, time, for someone to come home.

We wait for inspiration, for a response, to hold someone we care for.
We wait to finally understand, to get it, to be seen, to live free and we wait to die.

We wait for the small things in Life, and we wait for the big things in Life.

Is it possible to not wait – to not want to be somewhere else than here – now?

We sure have a natural habit of moving mentally out of this moment, into that place that is there
outside of us – always in the so called future (or past).

But hey, is this not also called positive focus, constructive visualization,
Law of Attraction, conscious creation, progress and development?

There is a fine balance between acceptance of what is, non-resistance, gratitude
and having a clear intention for what you want to manifest.

You will probably be waiting for something later today, so have awareness of the fact that
you are given a pause – a time out – a moment to use as you please.

Make something out of this precious little moment – create something good.

There is no point waiting for Life – Life is waiting for you.

Life is such a precious gift...so difficult to live the “now" and never forget to be "grateful
Be present, any time, any moment, acceptation, let it flow, take all use the best be better than before in peace with you - That´s life.
The fastest way to get where you what to be, is to make it all right to be where you are

There comes a time in everyone’s life when a gentle light begins to shine within, a calling for you to realise what really matters in life.
How making others laugh makes you laugh more, how reducing others fear makes your own disappear, how being grateful for the little things brings even bigger things to you, and that how peaceful you are is the true measure of success.

Are you still breathing?

Breathing is an elegant access point to Alignment.

Close your eyes, close your ears, and take a slow breath and ;) do it again and again.....it works perfect!!

But sometimes someone must remind you!!

Breathing: such a physical function and so allegorical at the same time...

breathing is life and light and love ...

trouble breathing like in pneumonia you ember your own fragility...breathing is you

When I pay attention to my breathing I pay attention to myself, get to know my strengths and limitations. It makes me feel much better.

Every breath makes the connection between the world in manifestation and the one beyond manifestation.

Every breath brings us life. So take a moment and be aware!

Peace, stillness, mindfulness.... BIG Smile

Take a deep breath in – this moment is free, clear and ever-open.

You take over 20 000 breaths daily, how many are you present to?

Probably pretty few, as breathing is a totally automated process.

We might be aware of it when exercising, meditating, being stressed out, focusing on something, during childbirth, swimming under water, or when kissing with a stuffy nose.

When I was awake in the middle of night, noticing how relaxed I am – I breathe consciously, and it feels good.

I believe that conscious breathing is a divine key,
a local point of access to our natural state of awareness.

I breathe with my belly, usually both in and out through the nose. I let the rate flow naturally, and use focusing on my breath as a "reset button" when negative thoughts enter my field.

Some days I am in tune with my breathing, other days I totally forget.

Before going to bed tonight, I will look out on the stars, have a glass of wine,
and listen to Abraham-Hicks; Getting into the Vortex, a guided meditation.

Cheers my friends, I appreciate you all being here.

In this post I want you to share your advice on Breathing.

The 'I' seeking the 'I'

The journey of enlightenment comes from self seeking self,

the I seeking the I,

just here we can have a freedom and liberation,

but who is seeking who,

the doer or the non doer,

especially as our ego or identity is quite temporary the journey of enlightenment comes from self seeking self,

the I seeking the I,

just here we can have a freedom and liberation,

but who is seeking who,

the doer or the non doer,

especially as our ego or identity is quite temporary.....

Look to see what behaviours you are indulging in over and over again that are clearly not serving you.

Then, go on a "bad habit diet."

I mean it.

I'm not kidding;

Pick one bad habit,

one bad behaviour a day for five days.

You can do this.

Stop doing the stuff you're doing that obviously does not serve you--or others.

A question creates awareness, let's keep asking
The greatest toxic waste on earth is people's anger, rage, fury and hate.
What if dedicating your life to the joy of it, would eradicate anger, rage, fury and hate? ...
Want to give it a try??
If nothing else happens at least your life will be more joyful!!

The life I seek it calls to me. I've made my way through history.
Give me a reason to be true and show me what I'm meant to do.
So many dreams inside of me, so many things I long to see.
I'm chasing destiny. I am not alone, believe me.

We don't know where we belong
We're all walking the same road
If I journey on with you
Maybe I'll find who I am too

Ever searching for a place
Unifies the human race
Put your hand in mine
We will find the meaning of life.....Reuben Halsey.

Hell...

"To those who have ears to hear; let them hear."

God wants and needs nothing.......

The elimination of the human invention of “hell and damnation” gives humanity Free Will that truly is free—as opposed to a form of Free Will that is counterfeit. For Free Will is not “free” at all if any choice other than What God Wants is punishable by horrid and everlasting damnation.

I never understood, or believed in a god that created me in his image, would ever condemn me to hell. If god created everything, why would he create hell, does not make any sense.

Hell is living without God here on Earth.

I feel sad when I see my friends and family living from that horrid fear! They worry so much for my salvation...but all I say is can you just love me for me right now and I will do the same.

A God that would condemn his children to HELL AND DAMNATION is not as good a parent as I am...and I refuse to believe that I am a better parent than God. Thus, there IS NO HELL AND DAMNATION except that which is in our own heads and hearts.

Those who have come up with this 'hell' ideology as a physical destination have developed people to create hell on earth, the image they put into people.

I was one who used to live in fear of making the wrong choice. I thought that for every choice I had there was one perfect choice and if I didn't choose correctly God would be disappointed.
Thinking deeply about the concept of free will made me realize how silly my thoughts had been. With every choice, there are consequences and lessons, and there is also always Grace and Mercy.

Fear is a powerful weapon used by many organizations to control their constituents and keep them from thinking.

Fear is manmade not God made.... man made to control people and it's too bad some follow like sheep. Even as a little girl sitting in Church I knew in my heart the preacher was wrong in saying to FEAR God ...

God is love not fear.
God is merciful not vengeance.

That's the thing about free will - it makes us accountable for our actions. God knows our intentions. Be good for the sake of goodness because we are inherently good.
Not for fear of punishment or hope for a reward. Unfortunately, this is how many people view spirituality and religion- one fear based organization with liberty and justice for some!

This "hell" idea was created to have power over people...Therefore you can discover who promoted it by following who is enjoying its authority generating power.

So much harm and fear has been caused by many organized religions, well-intentioned but misled. Love is the only real Truth.... unconditional forgiveness and gratitude is the way.

Everlasting damnation makes no sense, given that we have been created ignorant, limited, and flawed, and that we are meant to learn, grow, and change.

The God I know and feel is not one of pain and suffering but of pure positive love, anything that is not pure and positive is not of God and that includes this hell that everyone is so afraid of.
If fear is what guides you, you are not being guided by God.

Well, hell does exist, but it is nothing like the place of eternal punishment in Bible or Quran.

People create it and go there after death if they harbor a lot of anger and hate in their life. It is all about learning and evolving in spiritual terms. The good news is no one has to stay there forever.

It's absurd really and more disturbing how many beings buy into the concept. "The fear of God" literally says "The fear of Love", "God will punish you" translates into "Love will punish you".

Love is not capable of instilling fear or doling out punishment. Love did not create hell; it is the absence of love that is hell. Every moment we are not striving to be in a state of love we are in our own form of hell.

Just my 2 cent :-)

Life cycle ???

Positive thoughts generate positive feelings and attract positive life experiences. Never ever try to be normal, because you will never know how amazing YOU can be.

Sometimes the chains that prevent us from being free are more mental than physical.

“Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but OURSELVES can free our minds”, said Bob Marley.

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.

“Developing concern for others, thinking of them as part of us, brings self-confidence, reduces our sense of suspicion and mistrust, and enables us to develop a calm mind.”

Wise words easier said than done in this day and age when man’s inhumanity to man holds no bounds.
A lack of compassion and the amount of ignorance i.e. lack of proper education stems a lot of suspicion mistrust and ultimately is the root cause of crime.

To those who comfort me, who nurture me, who support me, who uplift me, who believe in my dreams, who cry and laugh with me, who hold space for me, and who walk steadily with me through it all, bless you and celebrate you. You are the heartbeat of this planet.

May I ask, what is the point of having the ability to think, reflect, understand and NOT react?
Action is the true measure of a one’s intelligence. DEEDS have nothing to do with religion (??), colour or nation...

"Before enlightenment; chop wood, carry water.
After enlightenment; chop wood, carry water."
~ Zen Proverb

The proverb means how one can be awakened when least expected. There will be an epiphany. Then the enlightened goes back to daily living.
Although everything seems the same from the outside, nothing will ever be the same again since there has been a change from within.

It means life routine does not change with the change of mind?

After enlightenment, being happy chopping wood, and carrying water. It also means that you don't stop BE-in Human after Enlightenment, your Mind is always sacred.

It means one can return to previous routines, yet it wouldn't FEEL the same after one is AWARE, after the change of mind; one will get a new vigour to perform the same routines.
OR it meant that you still have to live life. Awakening doesn't change the fact that chores and life must still go on and definitely doesn't make one special!!

See we can think what it meant but the one who wrote it ONLY knows what he/she wrote. So never ever assume ANYTHING!

And some might think it a koan, but I always considered a koan to be a statement that is specific but has no answer. i.e.
'What is the sound of one hand clapping?'

The idea being that because of that fact it has the power to stop all though processes so Consciousness may stand alone fully revealed as your true nature.
The hope being a koan brings Satori, the flash of total realization. Hmm, if 'All is One' as the great beings have have told us then you must also be the One. That though is not a koan, just a fact I wanted to 'throw into the mix'...

And what about when one is not AWARE?

The answer is in the recognition of one's apparent personal awareness actually being impersonal in nature.

Does that make sense to you?

Believe me, chopping wood and carrying water will always feel like chopping wood and carrying water, how could it be otherwise?

The change is simply one of perspective. All movement becomes a harmonious flow in the 'Function of Totality'.

The almost shocking thing is that also includes actions that society would consider vile or base and so on.
Everything is perfect exactly exactly as it is.
Everyone does the best they can with the consciousness available to them, even the thief and the murderer.

How fortunate then are we who have tasted the possibility of a personal evolution in our consciousness and grasping the opportunity acted upon it.

I believe..... 'Knowledge is different in different states of consciousness'.

I think the simplicity of the actions and the base need of the same create an environment conducive to enlightenment.
The drone of the daily routine is like a mantra freeing one from thought, but somehow I doubt it.

"The highest good is like water.
Water gives life to the ten thousand
things and does not strive.
It flows in places men reject and so is
like the Way.
In dwelling, be close to the land.
In meditation, go deep in the heart.
In dealing with others, be gentle and
kind.
In speech, be true.
In ruling, be just.
In daily life, be competent.
In action, be aware of the time and the
season.
No fight: No blame." – TTC

Imagination...

People’s perception - ‘we need a teacher’ in order to learn anything and everything, and I wonder and know that Einstein, Bell, Wright Brother’s and many more DID NOT have ‘a teacher’ when they discover what they discovered!
They were born with a set of brain just like us....... but they DARE to dream and applied what their IMAGINATION tells them!
And with this thought, I asked again - why can’t we read the Quran for ourselves and understand it the way God wants us to because as we ALL know that that God will show us the way, just like He did with Einstein for example.
I know for sure that God speaks to us from our imagination and knowledge comes from God through our imagination.

Imagination has brought mankind through the dark ages to its present state of civilization. Imagination led Columbus to discover America. Imagination led Franklin to discover electricity.
Imagination is the voice of daring. If there is anything Godlike about God it is that. He dared to imagine everything.

Imagination rules the world, and will often carry us to worlds that never were. But without it we go nowhere. People who lean on logic and philosophy and rational exposition end by starving the best part of the mind.

All men who have achieved great things have been great dreamers.
I believe in the imagination.
What I cannot see is infinitely more important than what I can see.
I believed in myself.
I never imagined myself as just an ordinary player.
I cannot imagine a God who rewards and punishes the objects of his creation and is but a reflection of human frailty.
I have always imagined that Paradise will be a kind of library.

I doubt that the imagination can be suppressed.
If you truly eradicated it in a child, we would grow up to be an eggplant. All men who have achieved great things have been great dreamers.
All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.

Everything that is new or uncommon raises a pleasure in the imagination, because it fills the soul with an agreeable surprise, gratifies its curiosity, and gives it an idea of which it was not before possessed.

I like nonsense; it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living; it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope.
Which is what I do, and that enables you to laugh at life's realities. I used to lie in bed in my flat and imagine what would happen if there was a zombie attack.

I never did very well in History or Maths - I could never seem to persuade the teacher that I hadn't meant my answers literally. I like painting and designing things or building stuff, I paint objects as I think them, not as I see them.

Imagination and fiction make up more than three quarters of our real life.
If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking.
If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever. Imagination grows by exercise, and contrary to common belief, is more powerful in the mature than in the young.

Live out of your imagination, not your history. One is never fortunate or as unfortunate as one imagines. Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake. The man who has no imagination has no wings.

I love me ^__*

I prefer the viewpoint that none of us are on different paths; we are all just different viewpoints of the same path called ... Being Human.

Don't make your Life special, FULLY embrace the ' Uniqueness" of your Life's expression of your viewpoints, and you will naturally embrace the "Uniqueness” of others expression of their viewpoints as well.

When I take the special-ness out of my Life, I by-pass the separateness of my Ego viewpoint of the experience also.

This is why I LOVE stimulating the sharing of viewpoints, because I get to see/feel the Human Journey through different eyes, from different viewpoints.

By staying what I call in-feel, I also get to "experience" those viewpoints and not separate myself from others because their viewpoint is different to mine.

That's what I LOVE most about others and the Human Reality.

I LOVE this because it allows me to continually expand my viewpoints of this/my Life, and allow myself to experience my Life through these new viewpoints.

My growth is assured by the more viewpoints I am willing to experience and learn from.
