Changes...

It is not what happens that determines the major part of your future.

What happens happens to us all. It is what you do about what happens that counts.

Your personal philosophy is the greatest determining factor in how your life works out.

Change is subject to all its variables not confined to one.

In the ultimate reality there's no good or bad, and change is simply a change, without "for the better" or "for the worse".

But in your mind you can give it any colour you wish - white, yellow, red, pink, grey, black, etc. That is solely up to you, accepting change and painting it with some bright colours of life.
I think it is a matter of perception and perspective. All change is a blessing.

The most difficult ideas of this human life are our greatest blessings to include the passing of a loved one to the other side as they continue their journey for we will eventually join them soul to soul.

No one comes into our lives without us subconsciously or consciously welcoming them.

Everything in our human lives happens perfectly - that is the Soul purpose here. Be kind and gentle in your vision of your purpose here and you will see the perfection in what humans may perceive as wretched.

Sometimes our perspective is slightly out of focus. Embrace all and you will see that which you resist persist!

Be open to finding the perfection and you will see the miracles all around you accompanied by all God's angels.

Bright beautiful colours will appear to you in places you once never thought possible. I promise you this is true.

RIPPLE...

How when someone we love passes in our lives, they leave behind ripples.

Because we are mortal, every talent, skill, ability we possess, every thought and feeling we ever have, every beautiful sight we ever see, every material possession we own, will ultimately be lost- UNLESS WE SHARE IT!

Unless we give what we have to others to our spouse, our children, our friends, our neighbours to the strangers we encounter on our path what we know and value will be irrevocably and utterly gone.
BUT
If we give freely of our minds, hearts, spirits who we are then what matters most to us will never die
but will live forever in the psyches of not only all those who know us
but everyone who encounters them – and
then everyone who encounters those who knew them in an infinite regression of mysteriously unseen effect.

That’s why the metaphor of a pebble in a pond is so potent. We toss the pebble of our soul into the pond of life and ripples are created.
If we hoard ourselves – our gifts, our talents, our love, our thoughts, our feelings, our insights, our words – we will make a very little splash and the ripples will soon end.

But if we give fully, with abandon and abundance, the ripples go out infinitely, overlapping and intermingling with other souls.

Viewed this way…what kind of ripple do you want to be?"

Feelings.

Nothing more than feelings?

What could be more important than feelings?

Sure, war and peace come to mind, but are war and peace important for any reason other than the feelings they produce?

If war didn’t cause pain and anguish, if peace didn’t provide for delights both transcendental and carnal, would either of them matter to us at all?

War, peace, art money, marriage, birth, death, disease, religion — these are just a few of the Really Big Topics over which oceans of blood and ink have been spilled, but they are really big topics for one reason alone.

Each is a powerful source of human emotion. If they didn’t make us feel uplifted, desperate, thankful, and hopeless, we would keep all that ink and blood to ourselves.

As Plato asked,”Are these things good for any other reason except that they end in pleasure, and get rid of and avert pain?

Are you looking to any other standard but pleasure and pain when you call them good?

Indeed, feelings don’t just matter — they are what mattering mean. - Excerpt from STUMBLING ON HAPPINESS

Dare..

Be a student of the fine, not just the mundane and the ordinary that sustains our lives. We all need to be students of refinement, not just existence.

As long as you are alive there is an opportunity to learn. The art of exceptional living learn to take from the day instead just going through it.

If your Sole Purpose in life is to exist, then you are already a great success but if it is to be counted then some more work is needed.
I dare you to make a mark and be counted.

One of the most powerful experiences that can be

I just wish I understood this earlier, it hits right around 30 I'd say... when we identify with the ego and the body, we are lost in the dream. And now at 50, I know this is the truth!

While our body and mind are busy arguing over who is more important, let us allow our soul to grow, you often have to put that body in its place!

I stopped fighting my inner demons. I am on their side now. Finally I am getting some peace. As our body and life are but temporal yet our soul is eternal, my Soul is in control now!

The Body thinks it has an agenda that is important. And the Mind imagines that its agenda is vital to your survival.

But the older you get the more you realize that it is the Soul’s agenda, and only the Soul’s agenda, that matters.
And the soul has a mission for the body that is important, and a mission for the mind that is important. Then they are all balanced again.

The body and mind exist WITHIN the soul. But they are no less important. When one of these is out of balance it is very clear indeed. But the soul is there always to do the one thing that the body and the mind have such trouble with while we are here in this place of duality.

The soul is the guidance; the body and mind are the means by which we can function in this life ... Taken together is where your inner power and peace lay ... Do not neglect any part or the whole can break down.

If the body is the vehicle to your soul's wonderful journey, the mind is your steering wheel. Everything has to be in a good condition otherwise your journey might need stops for repairs.

Gossip...

Gossip serves as human ''socializing'' material the most- it is the top of the list....I’ll say without it the religion, politics, entertainment and domestic problems ...these categories may not even exist ;)) When gossip goes with entertainment, socialization takes place!

Of course it depends on the socio-economic level, also depends on gender or does it?
Have you heard of this quote?
"Men socialize by insulting each other; but they don't really mean it. Women socialize by complimenting each other; but they don't really mean it either."
Mind can race in any direction during socializing. However, it can also be still at any given situation.
It can be anything. It depends on what feeds the ego and social standing. Where one wants to be noticed on a social platform, or what makes one feel better about them.
I suppose like many situations it is relevant to the application. A group of devout church goers are always going to discuss religion, while your typical white collar circle will probably be inclined to discuss politics, and the modern youth is almost always interested in contemporary entertainment.
But what one thing do they all share in common that all humans are inclined to do?
Gossip!
Like it or not everyone talks about everyone at one time or another.
It is human nature to discuss our personal lives or the lives of others. While it would behove us much more to discuss topics or personal growth, development, and betterment, but instead everyone is typically more concerned with personal matters with others.
With this in mind I feel it is good to be prudent with gossip and stay reserved. Better to be thought a fool then speak and confirm you are one...

Peace...

I am the children of the WORLD!

What is important in your life is what you decide is important - and this decision will indelibly create who you are. Important is love, honour, honesty, dignity, & respect for yourself and all living creatures.

If there is to be peace in the world,
There must be peace in the nations.
If there is to be peace in the nations,
There must be peace in the cities.
If there is to be peace in the cities,
There must be peace between neighbours.
If there is to be peace between neighbours,
There must be peace in the home.
If there is to be peace in the home,
There must be peace in the heart.
Lao Tzu

The world's people yearn for peace, yet they do not experience it, nor do they demonstrate it.
That is because they do not understand that they are peace. And in denying that which they intrinsically are, they deny themselves the experience of it.

This world will never know true peace as long as its people continue to feed on the tormented flesh of other beings! I think it is imperative to our survival and search for inner peace that we move away from the practice of feeding on the dead!!

Peace is not a choice. Life only makes it seem that way. The fact is: there is nothing but Peace. Thus, Peace cannot be denied.

Transformation

Roman philosopher Seneca wrote this:
"There are more things that frighten us than injure us, and we suffer more in imagination than in reality."

Not only anxious thoughts, but also resentment, grievances, pointless complaining, guilt and regret, criticism of self and others, perpetual discontent...... are ways in which we unconsciously create suffering for ourselves.

They arise in imagination (the mind). We need to recognize that these are all unnecessary baggage that brings a heaviness into our lives and strengthens a false sense of self.
When you recognize their pointlessness, you can let go of them and then MOVE THROUGH LIFE WITHOUT UNNECESSARY BAGGAGE, enjoying the present moment, including its challenges. And so the present moment becomes your friend, and you begin to experience life as supportive, rather than hostile.

‎"Easier said than done" is another famous quote, my friend.

A contrary opinion: The "heaviness" in our lives is there from causes that are worthy of exploration and a part of every human experience.

Do they "strengthen a false sense of self", or do they point out true places that need our attention, uncomfortable as they may be?

I don't think the answer is black and white. Sometimes we might be habitually suffering unnecessarily and moving on is the best choice. Other times it might be more wise to hang in there and go through the process of finding enlightenment in carrying the weight.

Life..

I think you know maybe everyone has their own meaning to seek out.

I definitely don't think there's like a set meaning for everybody.

Every day everyone seeks in their small way to find their place in the Universe.

And some people look like they are succeeding more than others but we're all succeeding.

Every day we live, every breath we take we're fulfilling our meaning.

And some people are really into, you know their religion to show them the way but I believe you should take all of the elements of your world and let them show you the way.

So I definitely would not want to read the meaning of my life. I wouldn't want to feel that insignificant.

I just feel like what makes our world our world is the fact that nobody knows their meaning

And we're all kind of like searching together. And I think that's what unifies the human race."

Get what you want???

That's why they don't get what they want because they are afraid to say what they want.

I think there are many times people don't even KNOW what they want. They haven't paused to ask themselves the question or are afraid facing themselves.

Sometimes people suggested to 'ask' for the Way, I only smiled and replied, the way is not what you can ask, but need to reach the inner peace with myself, when I am empty myself, then the window for enlightenment can have chance to come in.

Giving and taking are two sides on one coin. There is no free meal in the world, we need to first recognize and take the responsibilities and commitment towards to what we want to achieve.
The rule is very simple - No Pain No Gain; once you gain it, don't be possessed by it.

When standing on the mountain peak and look far; before climbing on another higher peak, have to learn stepping downwards safely and elegantly; and have no fear walking in the valley.

Be Kind to all...

Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible....this saying have been in me for as long as I can remember.

At this very moment it's possible, but how many of us surprised themselves being unkind and thinking bad of others?

When the wise and beautiful words like this will be present every morning in our mind, it might make a difference!

So, let's put it in our mind and hearts so every morning when we open our eyes feel it in our hearts; we will be able to remember and, may act like that!

Is there anyone that “walks his/her talks"? I just want to think we do..

This I know for sure is the one that stands out the most in Unity and love!

Simplicity...

SIMPLICITY PUTS A SPICE OF EASE IN OUR LIFE.

Simplicity is the key to what I do and what I am....
For me this means to stay free, stay present, keep a good level on physical and financial fitness, have an open mindset and be alert to the language of the Universe.

People generally have worries in three areas of life: Health, Relationships and Finances. So yes, it would be in the top three.

And remember: Happiness is a cause, not an effect. Money is an effect not a cause.

To love yourself....

‎'Love yourself' seems to be the answer to basically… everything. But what is 'to love yourself' anyway? For me it is about closing the gap between the state you are in, and your higher potential: the Integrity Gap (from Latin integer; whole).

You are divine spirit having a physical experience by your own choosing. Consider it a master class in moving from limitation to freedom, expressing who you really are, finding your authentic core, to the best of your ability.

This is a bumpy and challenging class, and therefore you will sometimes feel a void, a longing somewhere deep down, that something is missing – something does not feel right. This is part of the game design, an inherent grasp for self-worth and purpose.
...
So we do our best, by trial and error, and along the way we try filling this endless hole with external stuff like food, alcohol, belief systems, entertainment, drugs, sex, work – it's a long list. We know it's only a temporary band-aid, not addressing the cause of the problem, but it gives us relief for a second.

When you feel bad, you are not in alignment with your destined path. Your body recognizes the stress, frustration, misdirection, and responds by storing fat. Call it a soft wake-up call.

As previously mentioned the path of abundance isn't the path that maximizes velocity. It's the path that minimizes friction. So quality food and training are important factors for good health, however nothing releases fat from your body (and contributes to all wellbeing) more efficiently than finding inner alignment and developing your state of being.

You are worthy.

BALANCE

Author Henry Miller, before he became famous, wrote:
"I have no money, no resources, and no hopes. I am the happiest man alive."

This joy of being is also the place out of which all creative action arises.
What is the source of true satisfaction in life?

Take attention away from thinking and sense the "being" underneath it.
The bare indisputable fact that you ARE, it's contentment to just be and this is how I aspire to think to be OK with having nothing...I am working on it!

Being, TRULY being is an art in itself; thinking is a necessary tool for creativity and survival to peel the layers.

My favourite quotes from a couple famous authors, "Things are neither good nor bad, thinking makes them so." and "If you want to be happy, just is!" that I always have it in my heart.

Money, resources, etc. continue to present as needed. I'm as affluent as a millionaire and as free as a bird.

To me the true satisfaction in life...is creating absolute BALANCE and harmony in every aspect of my existence. I truly believe that people need to be encouraged. Not stepped on and put in a straitjacket.
Truly embracing those underlying emotions of well being allows for them to expand and fully bless our lives.

Not Afraid

 It's been a ride.
I guess I had to go to that place to get to this one.
We'll walk this road together, through the storm
Whatever weather, cold or warm
... Just let you know that, you're not alone.

Fear is the most solid of all energies some would say
But it is NOT...
It is the illusion created thru the web of ego
And conditionings of the mind
MYTHICAL.
In a heart that is free & loving...
Fear cannot have its roots implanted.

And importance is based on the fear of loss. If something is important, it is important because we don't want to lose it.
In other words: Face the fear, get to know what’s behind, and move on.
... So, to really trigger those things that are holding us back, we can ask: What's important to me?
And then process the fear behind losing that thing/person/situation/dream.

You see, we have been taught that it is the important things that give meaning to life and if we lose all the importance from our lives, then there will be no reason to live.

Yet, it is just those "importances", no matter how important, which are the "attachments" that keep us stuck in a low vibration level existence. – Inelia Benz

The interesting thing about this happiness equation is that there is no adding. Joy is, Love is – it is your natural state.

Your job is to reduce the fear, so that the light of love can shine through, fear is absolutely feels to me: inhibiting, smothering... unnecessary, always unnecessary... congested energy!

That is a big challenge, us human beings we collect, contain, hold on to a lot of shit...and we also adds ownership, need of control, and the fear of losing, into our love.

By lessening the fear of loss, you are able to appreciate and love more fully everything that is important to you, because the only certainty is the impermanence of all things.

What is important for me is living in the moment, because everything is happening and our life was not made to feel afraid, but feel that love overcomes all.

Would you agree that the first step to reduce fear is to acknowledge its presence?
The more you are aware of the fear, the less affected you are by it?
And the more you become aware of the love that you can give or receive?
That actually pretending that you do not experience fear makes it stronger, gives it 'hidden' power over you?
This way the important can stay important but love gets stronger?
Why shouldn't important be important after all?
Why deprive it of its meaningfulness?

The more some things are important the more grateful you can feel - the more grateful you feel the more joy you invite into your life) I don't know - I'm only asking your opinion... As this is my experience through my travel in life.

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear. – Mark Twain

Be aware of your premise – it's paramount.

You are loved so unconditionally by Creation that you can even choose to believe that you are not loved. – Bashar
Doubt is a 100% trust in a belief you don't prefer, and you attract your life experiences through the interaction of your strongest beliefs, emotions and actions.
Your physical reality is just a reflection of what you most strongly believe to be true. And like a mirror, physical reality will not change unless you change first (change what you most strongly believe).

The reality, if you do not allow yourself in your definitions, in your emotions, in your thoughts and actions and behaviours, in life, to exemplify the vibratory reality that you say you prefer to live in, then you will not be actually capable of perceiving any opportunities that could actually allow you to synchronistical get yourself, shift yourself to that reality.
Remember, what you are not the vibration of, remains invisible to you. Many times individuals wonder “why can't I do this, why can't I get there, why doesn't this happen” – it may simply be an issue of that they are on a frequency operating in a frequency domain that creates certain opportunities to remain invisible to them, unknowable to them, unimaginable to them, they will never even conceive of those ideas nor recognize them even if they were right in front of their face, because they are not operating on that level.

You have to BE in the state to SEE the opportunities and the doorways that actually lead to that reality. – Bashar
Bashar, like Abraham are two of the purest voices that seem to consistently with resonate profound wisdom.
And with words of wisdom, I am growing in awareness of thoughts and actions that have been in disharmony with my desires.
Very fun to just grow, and experience the results! Especially the signs...what an adventure life is!!

I love our connections of minds and souls and living things all created for love.

Discipline

It is the beginning of everything you want in Life and the road to happiness. Develop it, practice it; from both your heart and your mind.
Ask why. Develop the why. Once the why is strong enough, the how will naturally present itself.
If you can't build the why strong, it's just not that important to you; the negative consequences do not yet create enough suffering for you to choose change, and you are unable to believe clearly enough the positive benefits of making the change.

It's all about the - what and the why.

The WHY is EVERYTHING, difficult to see when clouded by emotion which is why meditation and patience is crucial, it clears the path, settles the ego.
Discipline can be self-control to influence an outcome; it can also be to release all control of the situation, and choose your response.
T
his is Responsibility; the ability to respond consciously, not just react impulsively based on an old pattern or belief system.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lie our growth and our freedom. – Viktor Emil Frank
Discipline practiced with joy will create the fastest avenue for success there is. We often think of discipline with negative connotations but its definition really meant to practice a habit that roots out unnecessary and self defeating behavior, but it’s the joy that creates the success....!!!

ust like - when you do good, you feel good, and when you do bad, you feel bad.  This shows awareness and allows you to make a new choice.
If you felt bad, you were probably trying to please someone else, and did not get the expected external response. Because if you do something that you know is good for you, it feels good. It is that simple.
You can misuse the power of your mind, but not diminish its power.

Done is better than perfect.

I believe in going for the best possible option that is available to me, and to make that choice based on my highest excitement and wisdom.

The reason I mentioned this sentence today was that I've found myself postponing and excusing several events that I need to do to move forward. My limited mind thought that if it could not get it exactly the way it had foreseen, it would not bothering starting (camouflaged worry and fear). This is unproductive, and gives me less possibility of experience and growth.

Even though you forget this every time; things usually turn out better than you could have imagined. Your physical mind's best possible scenario is just the beginning level for your higher self. Be unlimited.

Perfection is a temporary mental concept that varies depending on the perspective you choose. There is no perfect that is valid from all viewpoints. Creation is perfect; it does not make any mistakes. Besides that – everything is up to you.

Your own Body Language – do you take notice?

I think it's a window to your soul and being

Eye Contact, Posture, how you Move, Facial expressions, Voice tonality, Touch.

How would you walk if you had perfect health and an amazing bank account, look at people if you were on a purposeful adventure of a lifetime, smile if everyone was attracted to you, talk if you had no need to explain or be right?

Lower your shoulders, initiate eye contact 2 seconds before you speak, breathe and feel your body.

Move through the day as if you have everything you dream of. The brain is not that smart, and your biology responds. Most communication is non-verbal, and it is a force multiplier, call it a ninja move, to always have awareness of your body.

There is nothing clearer then body language because words are often source of misunderstanding. Armory is essential, body language explain your thoughts and desires!!!
