To live is so startling it leaves little time for anything else.
It is easy to fill our life with mundane and petty urgencies. Time managers describe life as a glass jar, into which we place sand, pebbles, and larger
stones.
Many elements of our daily routine qualify as sand. Love, relationship, and a robust sense of wonder are the stones that are difficult to fit in the jar if
we let sand fill it up first.
Make time for life-filled activities first. Is it pragmatic??? Honestly, not always. A few to-do list items may get lost in the shuffle.
The adjustment may be awkward, but our life becomes richer, our mind more alert, and we are happier as we complete our other TASKS.
Releasing all our concerns, we have to take this moment to reflect in wonder and gratitude - TO LIVE!
"Faith, acts promptly and boldly on the occasion, on slender evidence." It's comforting to choose a path that seems well-lit and predictable. But, once in a while, we seem to know with inexplicable confidence that it's time to take a risk. Moving in faith takes a joyful heart and willingness to surrender perfectionism. Those leaps, both big and small, bring us to a new level of living, thinking and loving.

Healthy people live with their world.
A healthy attitude is contagious but don't wait to
catch it from others. Be a carrier. We have heard of
this phase time and time again – ‘A healthy outside starts from the
inside’and I do think it is true. Eat healthy food; I became a fanatic about healthy food
in 1996 after Adam was born. I want to see my child grow up....and
it pays. I eat really healthy, and if I'm tired, I take a nap. I feel pretty good.
My body actually looks like an old banana, but its fine.
I had my moments when I got very frightened that I
would not recover whenever I’m down with something. I really believe the only way to stay healthy is to eat properly, get your
rest and exercise. If you don't exercise and do the other two, I still don't
think it's going to help you that much.
Arguments are healthy too. They clear the air, as long as both can agree to disagree.
Being cheerfulness is the best promoter of health and is
as friendly to the mind as to the body.
Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to
play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul. Healing in a matter of time, but it is sometimes
also a matter of opportunity.
I believe it is important for people to create a
healthy mental environment in which to accomplish daily tasks.
I
believe that how you feel is very important to how you look - that healthy equals
beautiful.
I
believe that if you're healthy, you're capable of doing everything. There's no
one else who can give you health but God, and by being healthy I believe that
God is listening to me.
At times I'm exhausted trying to stay healthy.
I'm still healthy as can be even if I’m having a chest infection, because I've made a promise
to myself to be a 100% healthy person if nothing else. I love me too much, if you're happy, if you're feeling good, then
nothing else matters. It takes more than just a good looking body. You've got
to have the heart and soul to go with it too.
Well, ‘liberty is to the collective body, what
health is to every individual body. Without health no pleasure can be tasted by
man; without liberty, no happiness can be enjoyed by society’ says Henry St.
John and I’m agreeing with him. Rest when you're weary. Refresh and renew
yourself, your body, your mind, your spirit. Then get back to work.
My health may be better preserved if I exert myself
less, but in the end doesn't each person give his/her life for their calling? My body is like breakfast, lunch, and
dinner. I don't think about it, I just have it.
The body is a sacred garment. My personal goals are to be happy, healthy
and to be surrounded by loved ones. ‘The way you think, the way you behave, the
way you eat, can influence your life by 30 to 50 years’, says Deepak Chopra.
You know, true love really
matters, friends really matter, and family really matters. Being responsible
and disciplined and healthy really matters.
Your body hears everything your mind says.

CHANGES...
A lot of people get impatient with the pace of change. Action and reaction, ebb and flow, trial and
error, change - this is the rhythm of living. Out of our over-confidence, fear;
out of our fear, clearer vision, and fresh hope. And out of hope, progress.
All changes, even the most longed for, have their
melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to
one life before we can enter another....so it is said.
Always remember that the future comes one day at a time. Any
change, even a change for the better, is always accompanied by drawbacks and
discomforts. Because things are the way
they are, things will not stay the way they are. To me, change alone is eternal, perpetual, and
immortal. We all have big changes in our
lives that are more or less a second chance.
Change before you have to, it brings opportunity. To most change
is such hard work. Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of
changing himself. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot
change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the
difference.
If we don't change, we don't grow. If we don't grow, we aren't really
living. If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Sometimes it’s the
smallest decisions that can change your life forever.
The world hates change, yet it is the only thing that
has brought progress. We emphasize that
we believe in change because we were born of it, we have lived by it; we
prospered and grew great by it. So the status quo has never been our god, and
we ask no one else to bow down before it.
We live in a moment of history where change is so
speeded up that we begin to see the present only when it is already
disappearing. Without accepting the fact that everything changes, we cannot
find perfect composure. But unfortunately, although it is true, it is difficult
for us to accept it. Because we cannot accept the truth of transience, we
suffer.
